  Sometimes I feel that the more ‘stars’ a hotel has, the more they screw up and make the experience worse. First morning, cleaning person woke me up at 9 in the morning despite the do not disturb sign. Second morning, I could hear doors slamming up and down the hallway at 8 in the morning and the cleaning cart rolling down the hall. So, if you want to have your sleep or other activities rudely interrupted against your wishes, by all means stay here. I had terrible sleep the entire time I was here as a direct result of hotel policy—they could very easily start cleaning later in the morning and not wake up everyone. In addition, the heater was totally inconsistent, one night it was too cold, and the next night I had it lower and it was somehow too hot. The only reason this gets two stars is the buffet is pretty fantastic. Lots of consistently tasty dishes for a good price.

  Location is good right in the heart of the city, rooms are decent over looking the river, good breakfast
