::Smallest of all rooms ever stayed (doing 80-100 stays a year), poor service, paying extra 50 cents for coffee, no warm water during rush hours both at morning and evening and hanging up when contacting reception which has a hidden nr (99 instead of 9 and no publication of it) So please don’t go here

::It was a battle of wits with a lot of toing and froing but eventually (and painfully at times) I believe that 3 stars is a fair reflection on this hotel. On arrival my first impression was that on the whole the hotel was not too shabby. It is in no way a 4 star establishment as the literature suggested but it was clean and the reception staff were very friendly and professional. The reception area however was overtly hot, initially not something you would pay too much attention to given that it was snowing and -7 degrees outside however when spending time inside it became overwhelmingly so. I found the Twin room very roomy, clean and had a lovely balcony with a view of the slopes but again the room was very hot. After the first evening out and a good nights sleep I headed down for breakfast which included everything that you come to expect from a buffet breakfast; juices, fruit, pastries, cereals, cheeses and a cooked English breakfast selection. They also provided an egg section where a chef will cook you eggs any style. The only down sides were the coffee machine was very poor and again the restaurant was way too hot! After a day on the slopes I returned to the hotel. They provide a relaxing zone with chill out sofa's where you can unwind by reading a book or catch up on emails. This all sounded great and for a while it was but it was then that I discovered how terrible the wifi was. This was incredibly frustrating and unfortunately got increasingly worse when others were trying to use it. I found it very hard to take with such advances in technology! It was like going back in time 10 years. Having given up on the wifi I kicked back with a beer and started to relax although still annoyed about the wifi. It was very quiet until the relaxing area was ruined by the 30 or so Spanish children who were left to there own devices by there equally as loud parents. Now I started on day 1 by saying to myself " ahhh these kids are having a great time with there mates " and reminiscing to when I was younger to by day three absolutely hating being in the hotel bar or relaxing area at all so I had to find other places in the town to go which was very frustrating. After a shower which was good pressure and temperature I headed down for dinner which was again Buffet style. I have been to a lot of country's and had a lot of buffet style foods and normally I avoid the dinner times. Breakfast I can live with and in someways enjoy but the dinner food I normally find awful. On this occasion some of my travel companions wanted to eat the buffet so I was dragged along. The food was a very strange combination of flavours and the produce tasted very cheap. As a one off I could live with the food but to eat there every night for 4 nights would be like hell on earth for me. Throw into the mix the noise levels from those pesky kids and I was out of there. When I started thinking about this review on day 2 this hotel was definitely getting a solid 4 stars but unfortunately the Wifi, the uncontrollable kids, the poor coffee, the not so great evening buffet and not forgetting that the Hotel is perhaps the hottest hotel in the world I had to take a mark off.

::Stayed 7 days in the hotel. Super friendly staff. Nice food. Had nice room with some view from the room. Its close to the chairlifts so you need to walk about 20m or just ski when there is lots of snow
