  Mr Coinet identified, from a photograph, a watercolour painting by Galien Laloue, which i had bought from Chartrons Auction Room, in Bordeaux as, in fact, a print worth only a fraction of the price. The painting was also declared an original watercolour by Tajan, but the expert knowledge and mass of documentary evidence produced by Mr Coinet made them relent and reimburse the price i had paid. Mr Coinet impressed me with his comprehensive knowledge and genuine expertise. I know he is passionate about original art and dedicated to ridding the world of fakes and frauds, of whom there are so many. He is someone whose judgement can be relied on and someone to whom i am very grateful.
