  The hotel is clean and everything is well maintained and in working condition. Breakfast is good but could use more variety. Dinner is great for a buffet meal. The location for a ski trip is without competition with ski lockers in the hotel just meters from the gondola to Pal Arinsal. One minus is the noisiness, while the road just outside is very well muted by the windows, the hallways are teaming with very noisy children seamingly all afternoon and well into the night. They go unchecked by the hotel staff and make it impossible to rest...

  The hotel and facilities are nice. Big rooms and big bed. Descent bathroom. Bar in the entrance to hotel. Spar in the basement. Don't forget your flip flops. Ski locks avaliable and almost direct access to ski lift via car park. I chose the half bird option this is the only reason I have put 3 stars as the food was good but always seem a bit cold/luck warm. Others nice and plenty of choice. The buffay style morning and evening food, table service for drinks. The hotel is very near a bus stop I belive the ski bus is free so easy access to other resorts if required. The town has varus bars to chose from and some resterants if you want to eat out. Lots of Italian resterants. The town also has chemist (can only by drugs like parcetomole from them) there is a small super market and a grosers. Plenty of ski shops to buy or hire gear. The people seem very friendly most speak English as a sound language which is useful as I don't speak catalan. The ski area vallnord for me as a bigine was/ is more than enough. I chose to have a week's worth of lessons. (helmet is a must as you will be the odd one out with out one)

  Great location and amazing service. Proces are to good to be true for drinks and food. Next door to the lift chairs that takes you all the way up to the mountain top rady to ski.

  It's a nice place. The rooms a big enough for two people but small for three. The water in the shower ether it's to hot or it's to cold. The spa barely mediocre/

  Really nice hotel, room was great, new inside, and breakfast had a good selection. Rihjt next to ski lift so ideal for us as we only went for 1 night. Not much to do in the town but the skiing was great and nice hotel, would stay here again.
